Managed to strike a deal with Club Mistral to use their centre at Silver Sands as Oistins is a bit flukey with the wind. Caught a reggea bus down to Silver Sands, which was an experience in itself, and was greeted by several reef breaks about 500m off shore with perfect port tack conditions.

Rigged a 6.2 North Instinct and took out a Syncro 91 on advice from the guys at the centre. Got some big jumps which pleased me as port tack is my weaker side. Manged to catcha few smaller waves on the way in for some down the line riding - perfect day.
